GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Thousands of items for babies and young kids are on sale this weekend at the TD Convention Center.
For the second year, the Switch-A-Roo Consignment Sale is offering huge discounts on clothes, accessories, toys and cribs starting Friday morning and ending Sunday evening.
The sale is made up of new and gently used items for newborn babies to children who are in elementary school.
The sale started Friday morning at 9 a.m. and is open till 7 p.m. Saturday's hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday's hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Parents and grandparents flooded the showroom to get their hands on some super discounts first thing Friday.
"I like the big equipment and play stuff," said Sherill Fuller, a shopper, Friday. "I have things at the house for the grand kids. My grandson likes to see what grandma has for found him."
Switch-A-Roo is free admission, and will also be landing upon Spartanburg in two weeks at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium. Those hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
There is a separate kids consignment sale at the Anderson Civic Center this weekend. Upstate Kids Consignment Sale is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
