Police said the victim found on Burke Avenue was forced to take off his clothes at the apartment complex.

Mays was charged with two counts of attempted murder, armed robbery, possession of a weapon during a violent crime in connection with the shootings. He was also charged with escape and a home detention violation, but police did not say what he was on home detention for.
