1 lane reopened after I-40 rollover crash

ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Officials said one lane has reopened after a rollover crash closed the westbound lanes of Interstate 40 in Buncombe County on Tuesday.

The North Carolina Department of Transportation reported that the closed lane was expected to open by 3:10 p.m.

Asheville police said the crash had previously closed both lanes at Exit 53 because of the crash.

There is no word on if any other vehicles were involved or the extent of injuries.
