CHARLOTTE, NC (RNN) – Mary Love is coveted.

The recent college graduate from George Mason University in Virginia is a female undecided voter. With Gallup saying Barack Obama leads in the presidential polls - 47 percent to Mitt Romney's 46 percent - the GOP is trying to reach women like Love.

According to Gallup, more women registered voters favor Obama, 50 to 43 percent.

Love attended the Democratic National Convention with her grandparents, who are delegates from West Virginia, for the experience and to help her make up her mind.

Her grandfather even made her a campaign hat, possibly as a subtle nudge toward the Democrats.

"They really don't push me," Love said. "They're just excited I'm involved and paying attention."

A political science major, Love says she's fiscally conservative but socially liberal. She has not decided what exactly will make up her mind.

"I think it'll be really interesting to see what's going to happen with balancing the budget," she said.
