Happy Wednesday! We aren't going to see any major weather changes today - in fact, our forecast is almost exactly the same as it was yesterday.
We'll keep a mix of clouds and sun (partly to mostly cloudy skies) overhead today, and temperatures will stay below-normal. We'll top out in the low 80s in the Upstate and the mid 70s in WNC - almost exactly where our highs were yesterday. The low humidity will keep it fall-like, so keep the windows open to let some of that crisp fall air in your house!
Tomorrow brings nearly the same forecast, although I think we'll see more sunshine through a big chunk of the day. On Friday, a cold front will approach - but as I mentioned yesterday, this front will be very moisture-starved. I don't expect anything other than an isolated shower/storm in the Mountains. WNC spots could see another slight shower chance on Saturday - but I've now removed rain chances from the Upstate forecast on Fri/Sat.
Higher rain chances will move in later Sunday and especially early next week, so we will be using the umbrellas towards the end of the 7-day.
Turning to the tropics, we are now tracking TS Nadine - but (good news!) the storm is expected to gradually take a turn to the north and northeast over the next several days... meaning it won't hit the US. To see the latest expected track for Nadine, check out the NHC forecast here.
