Police: Man held woman against will, assaulted her twice

SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Police arrested a Spartanburg man they say raped and kidnapped a woman two times in August.

Spartanburg police said Rodney Goggins, 43, held a woman against her will and raped her inside her Spartanburg home on Aug. 11 and Aug. 25.

Police said Goggins broke into her home at night both times.

They have issued warrants for two counts of criminal sexual conduct, two counts of kidnapping and two counts of burglary in connection with both incidents.

Spartanburg police issued the warrants earlier Wednesday and said he was arrested a short time later.
