EASLEY, SC (FOX Carolina) -

One person was killed in a three-vehicle crash near Easley Thursday morning.

The crash happened about 10:40 a.m. near the intersection of Highway 183 and Old Vinland School Road.

Troopers said all three vehicles, one of which was a dump truck, were headed north on Highway 183. Two of the vehicles stopped for a construction zone, but the third vehicle did not, causing it to slam into the back of the dump truck, which then slammed into another vehicle.

The driver of the third vehicle was killed in the crash. The drivers of the other two vehicles were not injured.

Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelley identified the driver killed in the crash as 62-year-old David Parham of Six Mile, who was a Greenville attorney.
