While we have no storms threatening spots in/near the Atlantic or Caribbean (TS Nadine will head away from the US and Caribbean), Super Typhoon Sanba is churning in the Pacific with sustained winds of over 150 mph (up to 175 mph).
It's headed towards the Japanese island of Okinawa, likely to hit by the end of the weekend. The next stop will be the Korean Peninsula. While it will likely weaken some before affecting those spots, it will still be a VERY strong storm.
