An Anderson County teen was killed after authorities said she lost control of her vehicle and crashed Saturday morning.
Wren High School student Lacee Dial was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on Elrod Road. She was 17 years old.
Friends of the teen held a prayer vigil at Wren High School Sunday night, and a memorial has been created at the scene of the crash.
Lacee's friends said this tragedy simply isn't fair, she was taken too young. However, they said they're confident that it happened for a reason and she's making a difference in others' lives even after her death.
Friends told FOX Carolina Lacee had a big love for horses and everything country.
