ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -
Asheville police said they have surveillance of a man who allegedly assaulted a woman at a local Cook Out restaurant.
Investigators said the attack happened Sunday about 5 a.m. at the Cook Out located at 251 Tunnel Rd.
The woman told police the suspect trapped her in the bathroom and hit her head against the wall several times, knocking her unconscious.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s, approximately 5' 9" tall and weighed approximately 150 pounds, police said. He was seen leaving in a white SUV.
