Walhalla man accused of having sex with boy, 15

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A Walhalla man was arrested after deputies said he was found hiding in the closet of a 15-year-old Greenville boy with whom he had sex.

Greenville County deputies said that on Aug. 29 they were called to the boy's home about a possible burglary. They said the boy's parents had returned home to find 24-year-old Jacob Hall hiding in their son's closet.

Deputies said that an investigation revealed that Hall and the boy engaged in consensual sex.

Hall was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct and criminal sexual conduct with a minor. He was released from jail on $10,000 bond.
