ROCK HILL, SC (AP) -

Authorities say a Rock Hill mother is facing charges after her 11-year-old daughter reported she had driven home drunk.

Police say the girl called 911 on Sunday to say that her mother almost hit two cars and was swerving on the way home from a Mexican restaurant.

Authorities say 38-year-old Miranda Flowers was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and child endangerment. She was released from jail on a $2,500 bond, and it wasn't known if she had an attorney.

Flowers told authorities she had several beers earlier in the day and then two margaritas at the restaurant. Police say they tried to call the girl's father to come and pick her up, but Flowers was uncooperative and refused to give out his phone number.
