Union police said they were called to the school along with firefighters about 9:30 a.m. on Thursday where they found smoke and heat coming from the second-floor boys restroom.
The fire was put out with an extinguisher and police said they learned someone set the plastic toilet paper dispenser and toilet paper on fire, causing it to melt and the paper to burn.
The fire caused heat and smoke damage to the bathroom, police said.
According to the booking reports, a 14-year-old and 15-year-old boys were each charged with third-degree arson and disturbing a school.
