According to a release from the campaign, Biden will hold a grassroots event at the Justice Center on the campus of UNC Asheville at 3:30 p.m.

Doors to the crowd open at 1:30 p.m.

There were no planned stops for either Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney or his running mate Paul Ryan in the month of October, according to the campaign's website.
