Thursday is shaping up to be a pretty fall day - with crisp air and blue sky overhead! While temperatures will be a bit below-normal this afternoon, the sunshine should help to make it feel comfortable. Highs will range from the mid to upper 60s... while "normals" for this time of year are closer to the low and mid 70s.
We'll stay dry and mostly clear today and tonight - with a few more clouds arriving on Friday. Western North Carolina towns along the TN border may see a spotty shower tomorrow, but most areas will stay totally dry. The weekend looks as if it will stay mainly dry as well, which is great news! There is a LOT going on across the area - from Fall for Greenville to motorcycle benefit rides to leaf-peeping in the Mountains!
A chance of rain and t-storms returns on Monday, but at this point it doesn't seem like the chance will be huge. I think a few hit-or-miss showers/storms are most likely what we'll watch for on Monday.
