A Hendersonville man was arrested Thursday after deputies said he killed his roommate.

Deputies said they were called to 27 Minihaha Dr. about 2:50 p.m., where 52-year-old Walter Davis was killed.

Investigators said they arrested 29-year-old Daniel Moore at the scene. He was charged with larceny and possession of stolen property. They said further investigation resulted in Moore being charged with first-degree murder in connection with Davis' death.

Moore was being held in the Henderson County jail without bond. He is scheduled to appear before a judge Monday morning.
