SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A building at a Spartanburg car lot was destroyed by a massive fire Tuesday afternoon.
The fire happened about 3:30 p.m. at Tinsley Used Cars on Milliken Road.
Witnesses said they heard an explosion just before the blaze began. Firefighters said the explosion came from two 100-gallon propane tanks that were in the building.

No one was injured in the fire, firefighters said. They said there were three dogs inside the building when the fire happened, but they were able to safely escape. They said a vehicle that was inside the building was destroyed.
Firefighters said sparks from a cutting torch started the blaze.
The fire was ruled accidental.
