PELZER, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Deputies said a narcotics investigation led to the arrest of four people in connection with a meth lab at a Pelzer home where seven children lived.
Greenville County deputies said they obtained search warrants for 625 Garrison Rd., where they found the lab components and waste disposal site at the house.
When the home was searched, deputies said at least five of the seven kids were home and all of the children, which included two infants, were placed in the custody of a family member.
Four suspects were arrested and each was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, disposal of methamphetamine waste and the unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine in the presence of a minor child.
Abigail Arellano, 21, Alicia Dees, 31, Gregg Johnson, 37, all of Pelzer, and Michael Thomasson, 21, of Simpsonville were arrested and are each being held on $25,000 bond.
