It's a girl! Cake reveals Gagnons will have girl

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Morning News' Joe and Summer Gagnon are expecting a baby girl!

The couple was surprised Thursday morning during the show after Lauren Elise baked a cake to surprise them.

When they sliced a piece of the cake, the pink center revealed they are expecting a girl.

Summer's doctor kept the secret and passed along the big news to her mother who shared it with Lauren.

Now the entire FOX Carolina family can celebrate the news there will be a baby girl Gagnon next spring. The Gagnons have named her Sydney Snow Gagnon.
