Greenville is following the winter tradition of Rockefeller Center with the second annual Ice on Main.
Preparations continued Monday morning to get the ground ready for the ice rink that will open Black Friday. Work crews brought in a crane to bring the chiller in to keep the ice frozen through South Carolina winters.

The title sponsor Greenville Technical and the City of Greenville tell us they're so excited to bring one of America's favorite winter traditions back for a second year. Organizers tell us it will take a few days to get things up and running.
Ice on Main will kick off next Friday at 11am and run through Jan. 21. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children 12. The price also includes skate rental.
