GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Greenville County deputies said one of two robbers were shot during a hold-up at an apartment complex Monday evening.
The shooting happened about 6:30 p.m. at the Grove Station Apartments on Lakeside Road.
Deputies said two men stormed into an apartment and pointed a gun at a man inside. They said the man being robbed fired his own gun, wounding one of the men. They said both men then fled the scene.
The wounded man was found behind another building at the apartment complex, deputies said. They said he is still being treated at the hospital as of noon on Tuesday. So far, deputies said they have yet to identify or locate the second robber.
