GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A company based on the South Carolina coast is considering building a development in downtown Greenville, according to Greenville Mayor Knox White.
White said the Beach Company is considering building a mixed-use development at the corner of Church Street and University Ridge. He said the development would include 350 apartments and a few spaces for stores.
The company is in the process of talking to residents of the neighborhood, White said.
There is no timeline for the project yet, White said.
White credited a recent revamp of the Church Street corridor for attracting the developers.
