Haywood Co. officer injured during domestic call

WAYNESVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Haywood County dispatchers said that an officer was injured while he was responding to a domestic call Thursday evening.

Sources told FOX Carolina that the call was at a home on Walnut Valley Lane just after 8 p.m.

Dispatchers said the officer's injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
