Police: Molotov cocktail sets Greenwood house ablaze

GREENWOOD, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Greenwood Police said officials are searching for the person who threw a Molotov cocktail into a woman's house on Friday, sparking a fire.

Police said a flaming object was thrown threw a woman's kitchen window on Towne Street.

Officials said the fire quickly spread. No one was injured in the blaze.

The State Law Enforcement Division, Greenwood Police and the Greenwood Fire Department are investigating.
