Police: Missing NC man found in Spartanburg

SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Police said a North Carolina man who has been missing for two weeks was found safe in Spartanburg on Tuesday evening.

Shelby police said 44-year-old Tobey Wallace was last seen about noon Nov. 6 driving a black and silver scooter with the word "Gator" on the side.

Wallace was described as white, 5'11" tall and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown Carhartt coat and dark work pants.

Police said Wallace may have been trying to go to Spartanburg to visit family. They said he may have also been trying to go to Myrtle Beach.
