A 12-Month Compliance Package is now available for businesses needing Federal and State Labor Law Posters. This new product is designed for employers and HR representatives who don't have time to track changes in posting requirements.
Corning, New York (PRWEB) November 21, 2012
A new product designed to help businesses stay in compliance with federal and state labor laws is now available from US Poster Compliance. The '12-Month Compliance Package' was created for businesses and HR professionals that don't have time to track changes in posting requirements throughout the country.
Sean Lukasik, owner of US Poster Compliance, feels that the new product is in line with their mission to support effective and efficient business practices throughout the country. "The Compliance Package can help people save money by not having to purchase a new poster every time one of the documents gets updated," said Lukasik. "But more importantly, we save the time and stress it takes to track labor law changes; we just send a new poster whenever there's an applicable update in labor law postings."
According to the US Poster Compliance Blog, there have been 14 updates in 12 states since September 1. Additionally, seven states plan to increase their minimum wage in 2013, which will require new minimum wage posters in those states. 29 USC 666 states that a civil penalty of up to $7,000 may be assessed for employers who violate posting requirements.
"We know what goes into starting a new business," said Brandon Eaton, owner of US Poster Compliance. "It's a hassle to make sure you have all the right documents, but the alternative is really pricey... so we're just trying to make it easier."
