New book The Visible and The Invisible Reality provides case for expansive consciousness

GRINDLEWALD, Tasmania (PRWEB) November 21, 2012

Novelist Marcel Proust once said, “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeing new landscapes but in having new eyes.”

In her semi-autobiographical book The Visible and The Invisible Reality, author Helena Lettau encourages a similar perspective switch by exploring spiritual possibilities.

“When we liberate our minds from borrowed ideas, we can expose ourselves to a new spiritual realm separate from one particular church or movement,” says Lettau.

Beginning in first person, switching to third person and merging the two perspectives at the end, the book tells the story of two intertwined journeys, one earthly and the other spiritual.

Lettau, who practiced in various fields of alternative therapies, including clinical and experimental hypnosis and parapsychology, says she infused her encounters with the supernatural into the story.

She discusses past lives, nonlinear time and human illusion in her book.
