Anderson Co. man missing for 1 month located

ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Anderson County deputies said they found a Piedmont man who had not been seen for a month.

Deputies said James Scott Bayne, 47, was reported missing by family members after he was last seen on Oct. 23 walking in the area of Effie Drive in Piedmont.

Bayne is described a white male, 5'11" tall, weighs approximately 130 pounds, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a tan pullover, black windbreaker and brown boots.

Deputies said they found him Saturday morning at one of the Haven of Rest facilities.
