Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mine was a mix of family, lots of eating, shopping, riding in a car, and working. The working was bad at all, since the weather has been nice and the station is very laid back on weekends! I'm in for Andy tonight, then we'll get back to normal this week.
As we start Monday, temps will be around freezing or slightly below in some areas around the Upstate and northeast GA, while the mountains will feel temps in the low to mid 20s. Sunshine will abound for much of Monday, but clouds will roll in late day into the evening hours. That's as a front approaches. Showers will begin in the mountains late Monday night, then scattered light rain will be the rule for the Upstate through the day on Tuesday. Highs will hold in the 50s under the clouds and occasional light rain. So, definitely a dreary Tuesday!
By Wednesday we should clear and temps be at around normal for the time of year (Highs near 60 for the Upstate and mid 50s in the mountains). Clouds will roll back in for the weekend and scattered showers will be possible both Saturday and Sunday.
