Clinton man accused of arson

CLINTON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies said they have arrested a 70-year-old Clinton man accused of intentionally setting a fire.

Laurens County deputies said they arrested Vincent Proietto at 858 Barrel Stave Road in Clinton after an ongoing arson investigation.

Deputies said Proietto lived at that address and he has been charged with two counts of third-degree arson.

Deputies did not release further details about the fire.
