GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A popular Asheville restaurant will open a location in downtown Greenville this summer.

Tupelo Honey Cafe announced that a new location will open on the ground floor of the new One building at the corner of Main and Laurens streets.

The 140-seat location will feature the restaurant's signature performance and display kitchen, a full bar and outdoor seating next to Piazza Bergamo, which is undergoing a $3 million renovation.

"Downtown Greenville is vibrant, dynamic, beautiful and thriving," said owner Steve Frabitore. "We're incredibly excited to be a part of downtown Greenville."

The One development will also house other restaurants, retailers, offices and residential spaces.
