Kadarius Rogers (Greenville Co. Detention Center)
GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A Greenville man was arrested Tuesday after police said he punched an officer in the face during a traffic stop last week.
Police said that last Wednesday morning they stopped 21-year-old Kadarius Rogers on Villa Road. They said that during the traffic stop Rogers punched one of the officers in the face and then fled.
Rogers was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, assault on a police officer while resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer, driving under suspension and having a wrong tag on a vehicle.
Rogers was being held in the Greenville County jail.
