I recently stumbled upon a gold mine of archived weather statistics compiled by the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.
So, I thought I would compile a list below of the deepest snowfall events per county and when they occurred and record daily minimum temperature going back as far as possible. This snowfall data covers everything occurring between 1948 and 2009 and temperature recordings go back into the 1800s. These listings will be in alphabetical order.
