Teen killed in Laurens Co. crash

GRAY COURT, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Troopers are investigating a crash that killed an 18-year-old driver in Laurens County.

The Highway Patrol reported that the teen was driving a 2003 Ford early Saturday morning along Greenpond Road in Gray Court when he crossed the center line and hit another car head-on.

Troopers said the teen died at the crash scene, and the driver of the other car was airlifted to the hospital.

Laurens County Coroner Nick Nichols identified the teen as Tiquarius Beasley.
