GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A pedestrian was killed after being hit along a Greenville County road Sunday night, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The Greenville County Coroner's Office said 58-year-old Roy Crane died after being hit along Woodside Avenue just after 8 p.m.
Troopers said the driver of Ford Explorer was heading north on Woodside Avenue when Crane was hit. The coroner's office said Crane was walking home from a friend's home at the time.
No word on whether charges have been filed.
