The second of three people wanted in connection with a shooting at an Easley home last week was arrested Sunday, according to deputies.
The shooting happened around 11 p.m. Dec. 17 at a home on Angie Lane.
Investigators said two men and a woman broke into the home and shots were fired during the burglary. They said the homeowner was shot in the leg and shoulder.
The night after the shooting, 31-year-old Charles Burgess and 36-year-old Lee King, both of Easley, were arrested at a convenience store on Highway 8 after an incident involving a gun. They said the vehicle Burgess and King were in matched the description of a vehicle that may have been involved in the shooting on Angie Lane.
Burgess was charged with attempted murder and larceny in connection with the Angie Lane shooting. In connection with the incident at the convenience store, Burgess was charged with pointing and presenting a firearm, unlawful carry of a handgun by certain persons, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and having an open container.
On Wednesday, Pickens County Assistant Sheriff Tim Morgan said deputies arrested Danny Adams Jr. and charged him in connection with the Angie Lane shooting.
Morgan said they are still looking for the third suspect.
King was not charged in connection with the Angie Lane shooting, but he was charged with unlawful carrying of a handgun, having an open container and interfering with police, in connection with the incident at the convenience store.
