LAURENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Laurens County deputies said Thursday they arrested a second man in connection with the death of a Clinton woman last year.
Deputies said they were called to 59 Malone Dr. on Nov. 8, 2012, after a friend found the body of 60-year-old Debra Malone.
An autopsy revealed that Malone died from multiple stab wounds and blunt force trauma to the head, deputies said.
Days later, deputies announced the arrest of 62-year-old Jimmy Harrison in connection with Malone's death. He was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
On Thursday, deputies announced the arrest of 42-year-old Marion Napier, of Abbeville, in connection with Malone's death. He was also charged with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
A motive for the crime was not immediately released.
