Easley man accused of assaulting girl, 3

EASLEY, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies have charged an Easley man with criminal sexual conduct after they said he sexually assaulted a 3-year-old girl.

The girl's mother told Pickens County deputies that her daughter said she hurt and that the suspect touched her, according to a sheriff's office report.

The report stated that Timothy Gagnon, 51, inappropriately touched the girl. Jail records show he was arrested on Friday and charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
