Snow Poem - FOX Carolina 21

Upper level low
Why didn't you bring the snow?
We knew the Upstate wouldn't see much
Perhaps some brief snow, sleet and such
Instead it was mostly cold rain for the Upstate
Something that so many of us hate!
The mountains saw a little snow on the ground
But not the high amounts all our models had found!
So how does Alabama get snow, and we get squat?
Charlotte gets hammered and even Greensboro gets a lot
The answer lies in the upper low's forecast strength and path
For computers and humans alike, it can incur our WRATH!
Dynamic cooling was lacking
Heavy rain we were tracking
Heavy snow evaded us tonight
But the rest of the winter could pack a bite!
We'll continue to watch models and the skies
Your Fox Carolina Weather team never lies!
We'll always let you know when snow could be here
