SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A former model for a local clothing store is accused of stealing then selling clothes worth more than $1,600, according to police.
Spartanburg police said on Wednesday a former model at the Hollister Company store at the Westgate Mall confessed to a store employee that he had stolen $1,668 worth of clothes from the store.
Wesley Kyzer Jr., 20, told the employee he sold the clothes on Ebay, depositing the money in his bank account, according to police.
Jail records show Kyzer was arrested and charged with breach of trust. He was later released from jail on a $2,000 bond.
