LAURENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Laurens County deputies said they have arrested four people believed to be connected to a rash of burglaries throughout the county.
Twenty-three-year-old Roderick Anderson of Clinton, 17-year-old James Gilliam of Fountain Inn, 19-year-old Devante Pulley of Clinton, and 25-year-old Rasham Walker of Laurens, are in custody in Laurens County, awaiting a bond hearing on charges of first-degree burglary.
Deputies said Thursday the burglaries began Jan. 6, and happened during the daytime hours in Clinton, Waterloo, Ware Shoals and Gray Court.
On Friday, deputies said they responded to several calls of break-ins, and evidence and eyewitness statements led them to a vehicle headed toward Greenwood. The men were traveling in a champagne-colored Toyota Camry or Mazda. The vehicle has black seat covers with pink writing near the top, deputies said.
Anyone with information about the vehicle or the break-ins is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 68-CRIME (864-682-7463).
