Greenville man accused of lewd act on girl, 10

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A Greenville man is in custody after police said he inappropriately touched a 10-year-old girl.

Patrick Taylor, 45, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

Police said Taylor committed the lewd acts on the girl between May and December of last year.

Taylor is being held at the Greenville County Detention Center. He was also charged by the Greenville County Sheriff's Office with receiving stolen goods and obtaining goods under false pretenses in an unrelated case.

Deputies said Taylor pawned a radio and CD player at a First Cash Pawn on Rutherford Road on Dec. 21 that had been reported stolen from a car a few days earlier.
