A Greer woman was arrested Tuesday after deputies said she stole more than $10,000 from a meat packing company.
According to an arrest warrant, 72-year-old Martha Vaughn was employed at Vaughn's Meat Packing Company at 2100 Country Club Rd.
Between June and September of last year, Vaughn was entrusted with the company's money, which she then used for personal things, according to the warrant. Deputies said they do not have an exact amount of money that they believe Vaughn stole.
Vaughn was charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent more than $10,000. She was released from jail on $30,000 bond.
