Easley man accused of fondling 12-year-old girl

EASLEY, SC (FOX Carolina) -

An Easley man was arrested after police said he inappropriately touched a girl.

Easley Police Maj. Tim Tollison said the incident happened between Jan. 18 and 19.

Tollison said the 12-year-old girl told her parents that 59-year-old Freddie Blackburn III touched her inside her pants.

Blackburn denied the allegations, Tollison said.

Blackburn was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor. He was being held in the Pickens County Jail without bond.
