4 charged in 11 Union Co. burglaries

UNION, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies said they have made several arrests after a recent string of burglaries in the Union area.

Union County deputies said they have arrested four people in connection with six burglaries in the county and five more in the city limits of Union.

Both Union police reported the burglaries along Foster, Wallace, Culp, Harris and Simmons streets in the city while deputies said the county crimes were along Linersville, Pioneer and Wallace roads along with one on Kissy Creek Circle and Byrd Street.

In the 11 burglaries, deputies said mostly electronics like flat-screen televisions, iPads and laptops worth $13,000.

Twenty-two-year-old Tierra Davis, 17-year-old Devonte Lytle, 22-year-old Rockeem Stevens and a 16-year-old who will be charged as an adult were all arrested in connection with the burglaries on multiple counts each.
