Last year Caddo Commissioner, Michael Williams failed to get enough support from other commissioners to ban the wearing of pajamas in public, but he apparently wasn't deterred. He has told KSLA News 12 that he will try again.
"By this summer, July, I will re-introduce it in an ordinance format to ensure that we outlaw pajamas in public in the future," said Williams.
When his ordinance failed he restructured it into a resolution. The resolution would simply encourage businesses to not allow the wearing of pajamas.
Williams believes he'll have more support this summer.
The Commissioner also has plans to take his message to juveniles in the justice system with an etiquette class set to begin February 21st.
"To steer young men in the right direction with proper etiquette, with a military component," said Williams.
