Man dies after found shot on Anderson woman's porch

ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies were investigating a fatal shooting after a wounded man was found on an Anderson woman's porch Thursday night.

Anderson County deputies said a woman called 911 after she heard gunshots near her Lewis Street home, and then walked outside to find the injured man.

Deputies said the man was taken to a local hospital for treatment where he later died.

Anderson County coroner said the man was 41-year-old Brian Anthony Wardlaw, of Anderson. He said Wardlaw died from multiple gunshot wounds about 9:15 p.m.

Man dies after found shot on Anderson woman's porch
