Train hits car in Madison

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A train collided with a car in Madison on Monday night, but no one was seriously hurt.

The wreck happened around 9 p.m. at North Gallatin Pike and Nesbitt Lane.

Authorities said the train did not leave the tracks, and the scene was quickly cleaned up.
