Western NC: High winds continue to howl across the Mountains and winds will continue to be a threat through this evening. Unfortunately, high winds have already produced power outages as well as damage in some places, especially west of Asheville.
NE Georgia: Storms will move into most Northeast Georgia comm unties between 1pm and 5pm. Heavy rain, along with high, gusty winds and a lesser tornado threat are possible. The primary threat will be wind damage.
Upstate: A squall line of storms will roll through Upstate towns between 3pm and 8pm.
