A Tucson man is facing a life prison sentence after being convicted of first-degree murder and other felony charges in a deadly home invasion.
Pima County prosecutors say 28-year-old Manuel Jesus Pesqueira will be sentenced March 13.
A judge will decide whether Pesqueira will ever be eligible for parole.
Perqueira was accused of being one of two men who broke into a Tucson apartment seeking drugs and money on June 29, 2011.
One of the apartment's occupants -- 25-year-old Leonardo Cota-Leyva -- was fatally shot in the head. Authorities say a second man escaped injury.
